  • Duplicate payments or billing errors on our part
  • Significant service disruption lasting more than 5 business days
  • Failure to deliver promised features within the agreed timeframe

  • Change of mind after using the service for more than 14 days
  • Dissatisfaction with budget planning results due to personal financial circumstances
  • Requests made after 30 days from the original purchase date
  • Services that have been fully utilized or completed

Once approved, we process your refund through the original payment method. You'll receive confirmation with expected processing times based on your payment provider.

Your refund appears in your account. Bank processing times vary, but most refunds are visible within 5-10 business days of our processing date.

Once a refund is processed, access to your MentraThink account and services will be modified or terminated depending on the refund type.

  • Budget plans and financial data remain accessible for 30 days after refund processing
  • You can download your data during this 30-day period
  • Account reactivation is possible if you decide to return within 60 days
  • All personal data is permanently deleted after 60 days unless otherwise requested

Reactivation Options

If you change your mind after receiving a refund, you can reactivate your account by contacting our support team. Standard pricing will apply for new subscriptions, and any previous promotional rates may no longer be available.
